Greg Sosville
Greg has worked as a business/commercial broker, advisor, investor and owner/operator in Denver, CO for the last fifteen years. Greg is the owner of Business Brokerage Services LLC, which handles clients ranging from main street bars, restaurants and liquor stores to large IT and commercial service businesses in Denver. Over the last fifteen years, Greg has personally brokered over 250 businesses/properties valued in excess of $75MM.
Greg is an active Denver Colorado small business owner and operator, current businesses include: ATM/vending business, commercial services business and a residential cleaning business.
Other recent business ownership experience involved the purchase of a small Denver based ATM business which he grew into a portfolio of machines across Colorado, South Carolina and Georgia. The ATM business was sold in 2013, valued in excess of $2.5MM.
Additional experience includes over five years of strategic consulting and acquisition work for a leading Boston based strategy consulting firm (CDI/Bain Consulting) and entrepreneurial experience including the founding and divestiture of an internet venture, GivingZone.com, valued in excess of $10MM.
Greg has an honors degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and is a Colorado licensed real estate broker.

Michael Nuanes
As the owner of Business Brokerage Services, Michael manages the day to day operations of the firm. Michael oversees the deals generated by other brokers, from lead generation to closings. Michael has broad small business experience as a business broker, as well as an owner and operator of multiple successful small businesses. Working in small business for the last 10 years, Michael is familiar with all aspects of small business ownership, operations, purchasing, and selling.
Michael has worked specifically as a business/commercial broker for the last ten years. Michael has brokered over 500 businesses with values in excess over $200M.
In addition to the brokerage firm, Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit has lead to his current ownership of two ATM/Vending routes and two commercial cleaning businesses. In the past, Michael has owned a restaurant/bar, liquor stores, security business, and was a partner in a mortgage brokerage.
Michael is married with two adult sons. One son has followed him into the brokerage arena and the second is a senior in college, studying nursing. Michael enjoys traveling and spends weekends at his mountain retreat in Westcliffe, CO.
Michael studied at Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

MJ Nuanes
MJ brings a vast amount of knowledge into the small business sector of business brokerage. MJ grew up and was baptized in small business. He was a key asset while operating his family’s retail liquor stores, bars, and restaurants. MJ is a sixth generation Coloradan and a fourth generation small business owner.
MJ interned with Business Brokerage Services while in college. After graduation, the partners offered MJ a full time position with the firm. In addition to working with Business Brokerage Services, MJ owns a successful consulting business that assists clients with specialty and liquor licenses for small business acquisitions.
On his days off, MJ enjoys camping, fishing, and tinkering in the garage on his vehicles.
MJ graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

Ty Harrington
Ty Harrington is an Associate at Business Brokerage Services. He comes from a long line of small business owners and financial experts. In the office, he focuses primarily on dissecting our client’s financials to assist the brokers in establishing realistic price ranges for our client’s businesses.
Ty graduated Summa Cum Laude from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Finance. He was born and raised in the Denver metro area. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, volleyball, and dirt biking.

Sebastian Gast
Sebastian spent over a decade working in the oil & gas industry before turning his focus to small business. He is a former real estate investor, current e-commerce entrepreneur, and the owner of Row House Edgewater, a boutique rowing-based fitness studio in Denver. He is passionate about helping business owners reach their financial and personal goals.
Sebastian has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker. While he grew up mostly in the Chicago area, he was raised Colombian and seeks to be a resource for the Latin community in Denver. If Sebastian had free time, he would spend it traveling, hiking/camping, and playing team sports.

Johnny Brokken
Johnny is a philanthropic entrepreneur and has owned several businesses in the Denver Metro over the last 14 years. He has extensive business and leadership experience which allows him to relate with the business owners he works with in a broker capacity.
His main passion is for people and he loves helping clients define the big picture of their goal first and then dig into how we can accomplish that, which goes beyond just the transaction. John is also heavily involved in his community which includes motivational speaking to high schools and involvement in his local Rotary Club, which he is currently President of.

Melissa Nuanes
Melissa specializes in residential home sales for Business Brokerage Services. Melissa is compassionate and caring in all aspects of her daily life and it carries over into her interactions with her clients. Melissa is someone who always goes the extra mile for her clients and genuinely listens to their needs and wants, whether it’s their first, next, or forever home. Melissa has a talent that is undeniable when it comes to seeing a home’s potential and upside as well as knowing the true amount of work, money, and time that will be spent in the renovation or upkeep of a residence.
In addition to selling homes, Melissa owns and operates two ATM routes. Melissa is a true Colorado native who enjoys hiking and exploring the great outdoors, but her true passion is traveling the world with her husband, Michael. Melissa has one adult son.
Melissa studied at the University of Northern Colorado and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

Mike Mishell
Mike has been in sales, marketing, and business development for 20 years. He has a varied range of experience from small business to Fortune 500 Companies. Additionally Mike has owned 2 very successful small businesses over the last 10 years.
Mike grew up in Denver and spent some time in the Pacific Northwest after college but has been a Colorado Resident since 1993. He loves the access to Skiing, Hiking, Camping and especially Fly Fishing.
Mike is a graduate of Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO.

Mark Hope

Adam Aktar
Adam is a Sales Consultant at Business Brokerage Services. He has been in Business Development & Digital Marketing since 2009. He has set up companies in 3 different countries and headed digital marketing teams for fortune 500 companies in USA market.

Kristi Aubin
Kristi Aubin is a Business Analyst at Business Brokerage Services. She has been in finance and operational management since 2001. Her work experience ranges from large corporations to locally owned businesses.
Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In her free time, she enjoys painting and exploring the great outdoors with her husky chow and family.
